Big fan of the staff here! Super helpful and patient. They answered all of my questions and took great care of my big dog with some vet anxieties. Appreciate their care for our furry friends in Napa!
They are quick to respond to messages and are very compassionate with my little dog who loves to be held.

Dr. Jeff was so gentle and careful with our cat Pepper, who went in for a check-up and evaluation of his drippy eyes and itchy ears. He did not recommend anything that was not absolutely necessary. Very impressed with his treatment.

Love Dr Northrop. He takes the time to show you what the issue is with your pet. I would not go anywhere else. Staff needs to answer the phone or at least acknowledge that you are waiting at the door for your appointment.

The girls here are always so sweet and very helpful. I don't personally have an animal they care for, but my client does and he always leaves happy, knowing his fur babies are taken good care of.
